Common questions
Why do caravan pipes burst?
Water left in the pipes freezes and expands, which splits the pipe or pushes a fitting apart. It often shows only when the water goes back on.
How do I stop it happening again?
Have the caravan drained down before the first hard frost. A drain-down is £70.
Do you come out in an emergency?
Yes, 24 hours a day for leaks, no heating and no hot water. There is no call-out charge in normal hours. After hours the call-out is £85.
